The Financial Aid program at Nysmith School is needs-based. Approximately 25% of Nysmith families receive some form of financial assistance. Typical grants are for between 25% – 50% of the tuition. We encourage parents to explore the financial aid option when considering Nysmith enrollment for their child. Nysmith utilizes the services of FAST to process financial aid applications.
You may apply anytime! Because Nysmith has rolling admissions, you may apply before or after you fill out a Nysmith Application.
Families applying for financial aid must complete an online FAST application HERE and submit the necessary supporting documents directly to FAST.
Nysmith utilizes the FAST Program because it is designed to be highly responsive to our families. It is more flexible in terms of the information it will accommodate, thus allowing families to represent their own particular circumstances more accurately. All information from FAST is kept confidential, as is all information pertaining to a family’s financial aid request.
