April 2024 – 1st Place At TJHSST Certamen Competition
Congratulations to Gabriel C. for an incredible achievement at the TJHSST Certamen Competition! Competing solo in a team-based event, Gabriel dominated the Intermediate Division, securing first place through his deep knowledge of Latin, Roman history, mythology, and classical civilization.
Certamen is a fast-paced, quiz-style competition that challenges students to think quickly and recall complex details about the ancient world. Winning as a solo competitor against full teams is an extraordinary accomplishment, highlighting Gabriel’s dedication, intellect, and passion for the classics.
