December 2023: 1st Place At Potomac School Public Forum Debate Tournament
This past weekend, Ronald and Manvik showcased their exceptional debate skills by securing first place at the Potomac School Public Forum Debate Tournament! Competing against some of the strongest teams in the region, they demonstrated sharp critical thinking, persuasive argumentation, and strong teamwork to emerge as champions.
Public Forum Debate requires students to construct well-researched arguments, think quickly on their feet, and effectively engage with their opponents in a structured format. Ronald and Manvik’s ability to analyze complex issues, present compelling cases, and respond with clarity set them apart in a highly competitive field. Their dedication to preparation and their passion for debate were on full display throughout the tournament.
We are incredibly proud of their achievement and can’t wait to see them continue to excel in future competitions. Congratulations, Ronald and Manvik, on this well-earned victory!
