At Nysmith we have a tradition of going to Gettysburg for our third grade class trip; While in Gettysburg we take a tour of the town, see many different civil war sights, and we see how life is like in modern day Gettysburg. We visited houses that are used to show tourists what life is like in Gettysburg. Also we have the chance to eat real Amish food. Which by the way is very good. This trip is a very, fun informative, and exciting trip for all ages.
