Our goal is to create the most perfect teaching environment for talented educators to put their ideas, creativity, and enthusiasm into the classroom for the children to benefit. We have a very liberal policy of providing equipment and supplies. While we encourage full time employment, we recognize that for some teachers, the best balance between the home and work may mean part time employment is the best solution for both.
